This merger will enable better collaboration between the two former companies and allow them to offer an expanded set of services and products. After having helped several clients with Access and Benefit-Sharing (ABS), eCOAST founder Thomas Vanagt teamed up with Dominic Muyldermans and Patrick Rudelsheim to found a dedicated ABS service company: ABSint.

After a long career as Director Regulatory Affairs at Plant Genetic Systems and later as Global Head Regulatory Affairs BioScience at Bayer Cropscience, Patrick Rudelsheim founded Perseus in 2003, with the aim to help biotech clients fulfilling their biosafety obligations.
